= WHEREAS, by Resolution No. ' 2008-11071 specifications, bid
(oz�ument, etc. , for the Purchase of an Ambulance Module in the
Mt:y of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this

(:ouncil after the hearing prescribed by statute.

s NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
c 1-s so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase is
cecessary and the same is hereby approved.
