os z BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
N < - =V That the bid of Iowa Fence Masters, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa,
tn,tlie amount of $30, 000 . 00, for the construction of the 2008 Dog
Perk; Fencing Project, Portion A, described in the plans and
ip6 fications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project, after public hearing on published notice required by
be and is hereby accepted, the same being the lowest bid

The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
c�tract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
