o " RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SALARY ADJUSTMENTS FOR

CERTAIN CITY OF WATERLOO NON-BARGAINING
s EMPLOYEES .

WHEREAS, Mayor Tim Hurley has made recommendation to the
c Waterloo City Council of salary adjustments for certain City of
:j�jterloo non-bargaining employees, and
1 WHEREAS, said salary adjustments were based on each
�Pbsition, level of responsibility and comparison of positions and
-Wages for non-bargaining positions within five cities in the
:Mate of Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the City Council set aside $96, 000 . 00 in the Fiscal
'Year 2009 Budget for said salary adjustments, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VATERLOO, IOWA, that the salary adjustments for certain City of
V�aterloo non-bargaining employees, effective January 1, 2009, be
