RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF

CONTRACT, ESTIMATED COST, ETC. , IN
s W< ^ CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1)

CURRENT MODEL YEAR SINGLE AXLE DUMP TRUCK
WITH 12-FOOT BOX.
t -WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
co he=rdtofore instructed the Superintendent of Central Garage of
--_said City to prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form
of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of One (1) Current Model Year
_Single Axle Dump Truck with 12-Foot Box, in the City of Waterloo,
Towa, and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Central Garage did file said
-preliminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
for the Purchase of One (1) Current Model Year Single Axle Dump
Truck with 12-Foot Box, which were preliminarily approved on
-December 8, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 22, 2008, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED .BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed ,specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc. , for the Puroase of One (1) Current Model
Year Single Axle Dump Truck with 12-Foot Box, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of December, 2008 .
