-WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City

Sick' Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor Site Plan Amendment to the
"B-P" Business Park District for construction of a 8, 688 square
foot, 1-story professional office building in the Country Club
Business Center, generally located just west of the Liberty Bank
building, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of May, 2008, and approved
by the Mayor this 29th day of May, 2008 .
