H BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
s hat the contract dated May 19, 2008, to provide audit services
rfor a three-year period for FYE2008 at a cost of $74 , 400 . 00,
o E-FYE2009 at a cost of $77, 000 . 00 and FYE2010 at a cost of
79, 000 . 00, by and between McGladrey & Pullen, LLP of Waterloo,
tjowa, and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
