RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF

s H WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-406, plans, specifications,
o tic. , for the General Aviation Apron and Taxilanes Rehabilitation
T Phase II at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of
VJ1�i :erloo, Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council

fter the hearing prescribed by statute .
�0, T NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
ti
so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
4p�-, constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications .

That the work herein ordered is to be paid in monthly
`estimates, in cash, on the basis of 90 percent of the work as the
'-!some is completed and materials delivered and the work approved,
.,ei�cept that before the last month ' s payment is made the
gntractor may be required to furnish the City Council vouchers
�krowing that all subcontractors and workmen and persons
7'f�i,rnishing materials have been fully paid for such materials and
l�lbor, and that the City may retain the last month' s payment for
a- period of 31 days following such completion and approval,
unless satisfied that materials, men and laborers have been paid.
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
commenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
