be-ret6fore instructed the Airport Director of said City to

IL ` WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said preliminary

s WHEREAS aublic hearing,g, upon notice, was held on May 19,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
VAT�;RLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc. , for the General Aviation Apron and Taxilanes
`Rehabilitation - Phase II at the Waterloo Regional Airport, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved
as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of May, 2008 .
