RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE
x 2008 LAFAYETTE PARK RENOVATION PROJECT .

H WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2008-404, plans, specifications,
s Jorm of contract, etc. , for the 2008 Lafayette Park Renovation
s "Vroject in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
o Cadopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed by statute .
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
�lATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
as so ordered on motion by this Council that the said
improvements be constructed in accordance with said plans and
ru -specifications .
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
0 ommenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
