s r. �AgHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
o: S�r-y5�ces Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications,
N f��n hof contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , for the
c 2�@ -Lafayette Park Renovation Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Igwa, as specified in the specifications, and
o s n WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,
s'&, ifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
cq fit, etc. , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
csn:sidered the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAT:PERL00, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
4ql preliminary estimate of cost, etc. , be, and the same are
