\ "That the bid of Prairie Construction Co. , Inc. of Waterloo,
Fowa,, in the amount of $783, 274 . 00, for the construction of the
Y-^ 2008 Public Market Building, Contract No. 738, described in
tie, dans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
