Dear Noel,
MMS Consultants, Inc. is pleased to present the following proposal for additional services
for preliminary and final platting services for the Northeast Industrial Park Plat #4 in
Waterloo, Iowa. Additional services include modifying lot lines and re-signing the plat after
initial approval and signatures.
A. Additional Services
The following additional services will be completed by MMS Consultants staff:
• Revise final plat to include all of the wetland conservation area within an Outlot
• Modify storm sewer and drainage easement on west aside of property
• Correspondence with City of Waterloo staff
• Provide signed copies of the updated final plat for recording
B. Compensation
MMS Consultants, Inc. agrees to provide all labor, equipment, and materials for the
additional services as outlined above based on time -and -materials used to complete the
work. The estimated fee to complete this work is $2,500.00. This fee is considered a
maximum not -to -exceed cost.

Statements will be submitted monthly for services performed and are due upon receipt.
Service charges of 1.5% per month will be assessed upon unpaid balance aged over 30 days.
