AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST BY THE CITY
OF WATERLOO TO VACATE APPROXIMATELY 0.47
ACRES OF CITY RIGHT-OF-WAY, LOCATED NORTH OF
3105 AIRPORT BOULEVARD.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That approximately 0.47 acres of City right-of-way, located north of 3105
Airport Boulevard,and legally described as follows:
TRACT "I" OF MIDPORT AMERICA PARK PLAT NO. 1, CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,IOWA
shall be, and the same is hereby vacated, subject to the retention of an easement for public utilities
over,under,upon and across the vacated area.
INTRODUCED: March 9, 2020
PASSED 1st CONSIDERATION: March 9, 2020
WAIVED 2nd CONSIDERATION: March 9, 2020
