s _ WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
Y�Petofore instructed the Leisure Services Director of said City
rorprepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
co,nt,�act, etc. , for the 2008 Right of Way Mowing, in the City of

^WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
1TelAminary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc. ,
o the 2008 Right of Way Mowing, which were preliminarily
a`-pjjai��ved on April 7 , 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on April 21,
,Rjq8, and no objections were made.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
W] 'ZERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
fr)rm of contract, etc. , for the 2008 Right of Way Mowing, in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as
filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21St day of April, 2008 .
