RESOLUTION NO. 2008-293 RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION WITH RICHARD AND PATRICIA BILLINGTON FOR TAX EXEMPTIONS ON IMPROVEMENTS TOTALING $62, 086 . 00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1730 BUTLER AVENUE IN THE CONSOLIDATED URBAN REVITALIZATION AREA PLAN, IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
