RESOLUTION APPROVING ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT

WITH RON AND CORA TURNER AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
h^at the Encroachment Agreement dated April 7, 2008, to allow two
s motions of a reconstructed split rail fence at 616 Newell Street
encroach seven feet into the right-of-way of Newell Street,
