7- z-- BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
c 'u That the bid of Service Roofing Co . of Waterloo, Iowa, in
amount of $117, 439 . 00, for the Roof Replacement for the
co �'�l-ker Building at the Waste Water Treatment Plant, described in
t heyplans and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council
N �foXE-- said project, after public hearing on published notice
rq-24�ired by law, be and is hereby accepted, the same being the
4c�w@�st bid received for said work.
r_ The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
cq�it,ract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
(opE4oved by this Council .
