COST, ETC. , FOR THE 2008 CEDAR RIVER/EXCHANGE
> SPORTS COMPLEX FENCING PROJECT.

WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the Leisure
o v.ces Director, to prepare and file plans, specifications,
go3;n1--� of contract and preliminary estimate of cost, etc . , for the
N 2-ODr Cedar River/Exchange Sports Complex Fencing Project, in the
C-- k ytrjof Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in the specifications, and
r 7oWHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said plans,

kpre-Gifications, form of contract and preliminary estimate of
&os�:� etc . , and the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having
cona-i.dered the same .

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
�=E-�ZLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract
