NOTTINGHAM SECOND ADDITION IN THE CITY OF

s WHEREAS, the following improvements were required as a
s po;tedent to the final approval of Nottingham Second Addition:
o t5-ecinstallation of sanitary sewer and services, installation of
se-crm sewer, bringing the streets to grade, the installation of
sem (6) inch Portland cement concrete paving, and incidentals,

WHEREAS, the above improvements have been completed in
SuI_stantial conformance with the construction plans, standards
aFt�J requirements of the City Engineer.
WHEREAS, Peterson Contractors, Inc. has provided a two-year
Mctirriitenance Bond for said Nottingham Second Addition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
C 'Y OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Plat Improvements for Nottingham
Sq:�Pond Addition, be and the same are hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of March, 2008 .
