1 . Discussion of applications for State Enhancement funding for
Phase III of the Cedar Valley Lakes/218 Trail between
Waterloo and Evansdale, and aesthetic improvements along the
northbound service road adjacent to Relocated 218 between
West Park Avenue and West 6th Street--City Planner.
2 . Discussion of a proposed application for State Enhancement
funding for the renovation of the Great Western Depot--Silos
and Smokestacks.
3 . Review of parking on the parking ordinance .
