2 . Authorization to purchase the automatic closing unit for #7
final humus return valve--Superintendent of Water
Pollution/Flood Control .
3 . Authorization to purchase a 10" check valve--Superintendent
of Water Pollution/Flood Control .
4 . Authorization to proceed with upsizing the gas collection
system at the lagoon site--Superintendent of Water
Pollution/Flood Control .
