ORDINANCE NO. 5121
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5079, AS
AMENDED, CITY OF WATERLOO ZONING ORDINANCE,
BY AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP REFERRED
TO IN SECTION 10-4-4, A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "M -2,P" PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA:
Section 1. That the Official Zoning Map referred to in
Section 10-4-4, of Ordinance No. 5079, as amended, City of
Waterloo Zoning Ordinance, be amended to approve a site plan
amendment to the "M-2, P" Planned Industrial District, for
approximately 27 acres of land for the Tech Works Campus
Redevelopment Project, The Green at Tech Works Project, and the
Deere Museum Project, legally described as follows:
Lot 1, TechWorks Addition to City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and those parts of Auditor's Falls Avenue & Mullan
Avenue Plat, Red Cedar Addition, vacated streets and
right of way, and unplatted lands in Sections 23 and
26, Township 89 North, Range 13 West of the 5th P.M. in
Black Hawk County Iowa, lying within an area bounded on
the West and North by platted W. Commercial Street and
Lot 1, TechWorks Addition, on the East by said Lot 1,
and on the South by Tract "A" of TechWorks Addition and
the Northerly right of way line of Westfield Avenue as
presently established, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Section 2. That the City Clerk be, and she is hereby
directed to file a certified copy of this Ordinance with the
Recorder of Black Hawk County, Iowa.
