s _ That the bid of Stratapoint, Inc. of Rosemount( Minnesota,
the amount of $50, 150 . 00, for the Waterloo Tree Inventory
eject, described in the plans and specifications heretofore
� adlopted by this Council for said project, after public hearing on
p,�lished notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same being the lowest bid received for said work.
The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to execute
tract with the said contractor for the construction of said
rovements, said contract not to be binding on the City until
droved by this Council .
