RESOLUTION NO. 2008-92
RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE AGREEMENT WITH
DOUG AND ELAINE BRUNS AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Lease Agreement dated February 4 , 2008, to bale hay on
approximately 28 acres of city-owned property generally located
at the southwest corner of Kimball Avenue and Highway 20 for
$300 . 00 per year and legally described as follows :
Commencing at the East 4 corner of Section 9, Township
88 North, Range 13 West of the 5 thPrincipal Meridian,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, thence South 890 18
West, 40 . 0 feet along the North line of the Southeast
of said Section 9 to the point of beginning:
Thence continuing West along said North line of the
Southeast '-4 of said Section 9 a distance of 1 . 0 foot;
thence South 00 10' East, 334 . 4 feet; thence South 89°
50' West, 39. 0 feet; thence North 32° 28' West, 393 . 0
feet to the North line of the Southeast 1�4 of said
