RESOLUTION NO. 2020-365
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS AND FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.,
SETTING A DATE OF BID OPENING AS JUNE 11, 2020, AND
DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 15, 2020, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT FISCAL YEAR 2020 PROJECTS, FAA AIP 3-19-
0094-0046 AND 0047-2020, AND INSTRUCT CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, bid documents, etc., in conjunction
with the Waterloo Regional Airport Fiscal Year 2020 Projects, FAA AIP 3-19-0094-0046 and
0047-2020, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport
Fiscal Year 2020 Projects, FAA AIP 3-19-0094-0046 and 0047-2020, be scheduled for June 11,
2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of June 2020, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport Fiscal Year 2020
Projects, FAA AIP 3-19-0094-0046 and 0047-2020.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May 2020.
