RESOLUTION NO. 2020-367
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS JUNE 11, 2020 AND DATE
OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 15, 2020, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE PURCHASE AND INSTALLATION OF FY21
POLICE VEHICLE EQUIPMENT, AND INSTRUCT CITY
CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
Section 1. That the preliminary specification, bid document, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase and installation of FY21 Police Vehicle Equipment as submitted
by Police Captain Dave Mohlis, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase and installation of
FY21 Police Vehicle Equipment, be scheduled for June 11, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall,
Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of June, 2020 to hold
a public hearing, for the purpose of discussion and approval of the purchase and installation of
FY21 Police Vehicle Equipment.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
