RESOLUTION NO. 2020-368
RESOLUTION APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS, BID
DOCUMENTS, ETC., SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
JUNE 18, 2020 AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE
22, 2020, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE POLICE
DEPARTMENT FY21 AMMUNITION BIDS, AND INSTRUCT
CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
Section 1. That the preliminary specification, bid document, form of contract, etc. in
conjunction with the purchase of Police Department FY21 Ammunition, as submitted by Police
Captain Dave Mohlis, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the purchase of Police Department
FY21 ammunition, be scheduled for June 18, 2020 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd day of June, 2020 to
hold a public hearing, for the purpose of discussion and approval of the purchase of FY21 Police
Department ammunition.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May 2020.
