RESOLUTION NO. 2020-370
RESOLUTION APPROVING ACCEPTANCE OF
IMPROVEMENTS FOR WORK PERFORMED BY DEER
CREEK DEVELOPMENT, LLC, FOR DRAINAGE SWALE
STORM SEWER SERVING GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO.
5 AND PLAT NO. 8, AND RECEIVE AND FILE A FOUR-
YEAR MAINTENANCE BOND.
WHEREAS, Deer Creek Development, LLC, performed work in conjunction with the
Drainage Swale Storm Sewer serving Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 5 and Plat No. 8, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, Deer Creek Development, LLC, completed the aforementioned project in
accordance with the construction plans, standards and specifications of this office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Recommendation of Acceptance of Improvements for work
performed by Deer Creek Development, LLC, for the Drainage Swale Storm Sewer serving
Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 5 and amp; Plat No. 8, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May 2020.
