RESOLUTION NO. 2020-373
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH SIGNIX
FOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE SOFTWARE, AT A RATE
OF $120 PER USER AND $3 PER TRANSACTION, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Customer Agreement dated May 26, 2020, between Signix and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, for electronic signature software, at a rate of $120 per user and $3 per transaction, be
approved, and authorizing and directing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute said document on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May 2020.
