RESOLUTION NO. 2020-378
RESOLUTION APPROVING DETENTION BASIN
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT AND EASEMENT
AGREEMENT WITH DEER CREEK DEVELOPMENT, LLC,
FOR GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO. 8, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Detention Basin Maintenance and Easement Agreement dated May 26, 2020, between
Deer Creek Development of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with
Greenbelt Centre Plat No. 8, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of May 2020.
