RESOLUTION APPROVING AWARD OF BID TO WRH INC.,
OF AMANA, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $867,500, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT
PLANT DIGESTER NO. 3 COVER MODIFICATIONS
PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 1021.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the bid of WRH Inc., of Amana, Iowa, in the amount of $867,500, in conjunction with the
Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester No. 3 Cover Modifications Project, Contract No. 1021, as
approved per specifications by Resolution No. 2020-341, after public hearing on May 18, 2020,
on published notice required by law, is hereby accepted and awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June 2020.
