RESOLUTION NO. 2020-393
RESOLUTION SETTING A DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS
JUNE 15, 2020, TO APPROVE THE SALE AND
CONVEYANCE OF CITY OWNED PROPERTY TO 6 COMM
PROPERTIES, LLC, FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
PROPERTY AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
COMMERCIAL STREET AND 6TH STREET, AND INSTRUCT
THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 15th day of June 2020,
for the purpose of considering and acting upon the request of 6 Comm Properties, LLC, for the
sale and conveyance of City owned property, located at the northeast corner of Commercial
Street and 6th Street, in the amount of $1.00, to include additional property within the Project
area.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
