RESOLUTION NO. 2020-396
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONSTRUCTION
AGREEMENT WITH WATERLOO WATER WORKS BOARD
OF TRUSTEES, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2020
LEVERSEE ROAD SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAIN
IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO. 987, AND
AUTHORIZING MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
that the Construction Agreement dated June 1, 2020 between the Waterloo Water Works Board
of Trustees and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with the FY 2020 Leversee Road
Sanitary Sewer and Water Main Improvements Project, Contract No. 987, is hereby approved,
and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of June 2020.
