WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

January 22, 2008, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on

c NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
form of contract, etc . , for the Purchase of Two (2) 1565
Commercial Front Mowers With Attachments, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2008 .
