WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,

t`o- -prepare proposed specifications, bid document, form of
tTact, etc . , for the Purchase of Two (2) 16 Ft . Land Pride

was, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
x ,,WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said
prq�l-:minary specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . ,
- the Purchase of Two (2) 16 Ft . Land Pride Mowers, which were

s WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATF;RLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
forte of contract, etc. , for the Purchase of Two (2) 16 Ft . Land
Pride Mowers, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be, and the same are
hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, 2008 .
