SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, FORM OF
CONTRACT, ETC. , FOR THE PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC
MAST ARM POLES FOR WEST 9TH STREET AND

S: WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Superintendent of Traffic Operations, to prepare and file
specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , for the
Purchase of Traffic Mast Arm Poles for West 9th Street and
0o Ridgeway Avenue, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, as specified in
the specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Superintendent of Traffic Operations has filed
said specifications, bid document, form of contract, etc . , and
the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
