RESOLUTION APPROVING IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
CID COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS REVISED ARTICLES OF
y AGREEMENT.
o ` ^ WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Iowa Northland

Regional Council of Governments (INRCOG) , at its December 20,
o 2007 meeting approved Revised Articles of Agreement for INRCOG,
and
WHEREAS, the Revised Articles were directed to be provided
a- to: the Members for review and approval by Resolution.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Iowa Northland Regional Council of
Qovernments Revised Articles of Agreement, as approved by the
-1NRCOG Board of Directors on December 20, 2007, are hereby
approved.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
4irected to deliver a certified copy of this Resolution to
T-NRCOG.
