specified in the specifications, and

WHEREAS, the Leisure Services Director has filed said

Mncil of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

approved.
