RESOLUTION NO. 2008-47
RESOLUTION DEDICATING PERMANENT UTILITY
EASEMENT GENERALLY LOCATED DIRECTLY BEHIND
THE RESIDENCE OF 521 WALLGATE AVENUE IN THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the following described property:
Parcel "C"
That part of Lots Nos. 138 and 139 and that part of
alley lying East of Lots Nos . 138, 139 and 140, all in
"Galloway Addition" to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa, described as follows :
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot No. 140,
point being a set 1/2" rebar with license #16264 ;
thence North 00°10' East along the East lines of said
Lots Nos . 139 and 140 a distance of 68 . 1 feet to the
most Southerly corner of parcel described in City Lot
Deeds Book 614 Page 219 in the Office of the Black Hawk
County Recorder, point being a set 1/2" rebar with
license #16264 ;
thence Northwesterly 72 . 1 feet along a curve concave
Southwesterly having a radius of 3, 774 . 7 feet, a
central angle of 01°05314' and a long chord of North
43°371x' West 72 . 1 feet to the most Westerly corner of
said parcel described in City Lot Deeds Book 614 Page
219, also being on the North line of said Lot No. 138
and point being a found 5/8" rebar with aluminum "IDOT"
cap;
thence South 89016' East (recorded as South 89°471-�'
East) along the North line of said parcel described in
City Lot Deeds Book 614 Page 219 a distance of 13 . 7
feet to the Southeasterly corner of parcel described in
Fee Book #2004-02416 in the Office of the Black Hawk
County Recorder, point being a found 5/8" rebar with
aluminum "IDOT" cap;
thence South 43007' East a distance of 76. 2 feet to the
Northwesterly corner of parcel described in Fee Book
42004-09132 in the Office of the Black Hawk County
Recorder, point being a found 5/8" rebar with aluminum
"IDOT" cap;
thence South 00010' West along the West line of said
parcel described in Fee Book #2004-09132 a distance of
64 . 6 feet (recorded as South 00°12' 30" West 64 . 60 feet)
to the Southwest corner of said parcel described in Fee
Book #2004-09132, also being the Southwest corner of
Lot No. 202 in "Galloway Addition" and point being a
found 1" pinched pipe;
