RESOLUTION NO. 2007-529 RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF LEONDORF LLC FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE "R-4, R- P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT, "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT AND "B-P" BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT FOR PROPERTY WITHIN THE COUNTRY CLUB BUSINESS CENTER GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF ANSBOROUGH AVENUE AND SAN MARNAN DRIVE FOR DEVELOPMENT OF RESTAURANTS, OFFICES, A HOTEL, CONVENIENCE STORE AND A BANK IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
