RESOLUTION NO. 2007-530
RESOLUTION APPROVING MINOR SITE PLAN
AMENDMENT FOR STAINLESS PLUS, INC. TO THE "C-
Z" CONDITIONAL ZONING DISTRICT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A 60' X 120' WAREHOUSING
ADDITION ON THEIR SITE ON CEDAR TERRACE
DRIVE.
WHEREAS, it has been proposed that the Council of the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, approve a minor Site Plan Amendment for
Stainless Plus, Inc. to the "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District for
construction ofoa 60' x 120' warehousing addition on their site
on Cedar Terrace Drive, legally described as follows :
Unplatted Waterloo West part South 1� Southeast 1-4
Section 7 Township 88 Range 12 beginning at
intersection West line said Southeast 'I and
Northeasterly right-of-way line City Road #258 thence
North 174 . 33 feet along said West line thence South 84
Degrees 54 Minutes 49 Seconds East 176 . 92 feet thence
North 99. 84 feet thence East 124 . 57 feet thence South
481 . 73 feet to right-of-way line said #258 thence North
53 degrees 25 Minutes 02 Seconds West along said right-
of-way line to point of beginning and easement, City of
Waterloo; Black Hawk County, Iowa .
WHEREAS, due to the insignificant nature of said minor Site
Plan Amendment, the Council did not deem it necessary to hold a
public hearing, and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of this Council that said minor
Site Plan Amendment should be approved as proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the minor Site Plan Amendment for
Stainless Plus, Inc. to the "C-Z" Conditional Zoning District for
construction of a 60' x 120' warehousing addition on their site
on Cedar Terrace Drive, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 2007, and approved
by the Mayor this 27th day of June, 2007 .
