RESOLUTION NO. 2020-341
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
FY 2020 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT DIGESTER
NO. 3 COVER MODIFICATIONS PROJECT, CONTRACT NO.
1021.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Collection Systems Project Director of said City to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of
contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2020 Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester No. 3
Cover Modifications Project, Contract No. 1021, and
WHEREAS, said Collection Systems Project Director did file said plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY 2020 Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester No.
3 Cover Modifications Project, Contract No. 1021, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on May 18, 2020.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the FY
2020 Wastewater Treatment Plant Digester No. 3 Cover Modifications Project, Contract No.
1021, are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May 2020.
