RESOLUTION NO. 2020-357
RESOLUTION APPROVING A FIVE-YEAR MAINTENANCE
AGREEMENT WITH ACCESS SYSTEMS, INC., OF CEDAR
FALLS, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH PRINTER AND
COPIER NEEDS FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AT
STATE OF IOWA BID PRICING, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the five-year Maintenance Agreement dated May 18, 2020, between Access Systems, Inc., of
Cedar Falls, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in conjunction with printer and copier needs
for the Police Department, at State of Iowa bid pricing, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of May 2020.
