GENERAL AVIATION APRON AND TAXILANES
o H REHABILITATION AT THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT.

o � E` WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2007-565, plans, specifications,
maize. , for the General Aviation Apron and Taxilanes Rehabilitation
gt�Ethe Waterloo Regional Airport, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
CD Nve been approved and adopted by this Council after the hearing
prescribed by statute.
n NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
'ERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
s✓ so ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
b��constructed in accordance with said plans and specifications.

That the work herein ordered is to be paid in monthly
estimates, in cash, on the basis of 90 percent of the work as the
safe is completed and materials delivered and the work approved,
t�x�Gept that before the last month' s payment is made the
�o-ntractor may be required to furnish the City Council vouchers
&towing that all subcontractors and workmen and persons
Ti�rnishing materials have been fully paid for such materials and
labor, and that the City may retain the last month' s payment for
'period of 31 days following such completion and approval,
unless satisfied that materials, men and laborers have been paid.
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
commenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
