RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF
REHABILITATION OF TAXIWAY \NA" AT THE WATERLOO
o s `o^, REGIONAL AIRPORT.
s �� WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2007-567 , plans, specifications,
o et for the Rehabilitation of Taxiway "A" at the Waterloo
N e'znal Airport, in the City of Waterloo,

apved and adopted by this Council after the hearing prescribed
�bysslatute.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CCWALOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is--sno ordered on motion by this Council that the said improvements
bew onstructed in accordance with said plans and specifications .
That the work herein ordered is to be paid in monthly
esimates, in cash, on the basis of 90 percent of the work as the
safe is completed and materials delivered and the work approved,
ex-cept that before the last month' s payment is made the
coitractor may be required to furnish the City Council vouchers
sh,j�wing that all subcontractors and workmen and persons
furnishing materials have been fully paid for such materials and
labor, and that the City may retain the last month' s payment for
a period of 31 days following such completion and approval,
unless satisfied that materials, men and laborers have been paid.
That said work shall be done by contract and shall be
commenced promptly after receipt of "Notice to Proceed" .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 9th day of July, 2007 .
