RESOLUTION MAKING ASSESSMENT FOR REPAIRING
THE SERVICE LINE AND PREVENTION OF FURTHER
DAMAGE AT 1308 LEAVITT STREET .
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Works Trustees
of the en not Of
Iowa, did, as provided by law, Y by
Waterloo, remises known as 1308 Leavitt Street
the property owner of the p prevented,
to have the service line repaired and further damage
and
WHEREAS, the property owner failed to comply with the order
of the Board of Water Works Trustees, as by law provided, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Works Trustees proceeded to have
the work done on the premises described as 1308 Leavitt Street,
in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to comply with Ordinance No. 1118
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Board of Water Works Trustees filed with the
City Clerk on the 22nd day of June, 2007 , a report filing claim
for the repairing of the service line and preventing further
damage at above described premises and same met all the
requirements of the City ordinance and have been fully completed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that there be, and are hereby
assessed and levied a special tax and assessment against the
property improved, described as 1308 Leavitt Street in the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, the amount of $3, 220 . 00, said assessment shall
bear interest from the date of levy °fthe e cent assessment,

County Treasurer of Black Hawk County,
