RESOLUTION NAMING PUBLIC STREET GENERALLY
LOCATED OFF MARTIN LUTHER KING JR. DRIVE WEST
OF NORTH ELK RUN ROAD TO SERVE AS ACCESS TO
TYSON FOODS AS TYSON DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the public street generally located off Martin Luther King
Jr. Drive west of North Elk Run Road to serve as access to Tyson
Foods, be and the same hereby named Tyson Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of July, 2007 .
