o > WHEREAS, the City of Waterloo, Iowa, has had the parcel
�l�scribed herein appraised and the fair market value ascertained,

WHEREAS, the acquisition of the hereinafter described parcel
N 4� in conjunction with demolition of the property.

s >- NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
�4,TY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the contract for the parcel
chureinafter described to sell the same to the City of Waterloo,
�Z«wa, all of which are situated in the City of Waterloo, Black
�Jinwk County, Iowa, are accepted and approved and the Mayor and
.Ci�ty Clerk are authorized and directed to execute the same in
�jD4half of the City and to execute all instruments necessary to
��nsummate the agreement to purchase the property from the owners
thereof, and the deed for the conveyance of the same are also
ar,cepted and approved and the City of Waterloo is directed to pay
f$r the property and the incidental expenses necessary to the
consummation of the sale from City funds .
