RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING TEMPORARY
CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
H WEST DONALD STREET BIKE TRAIL PROJECT.

s n F BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
-hit the Temporary Construction Easement, dated August 13, 2007,
