RESOLUTION GRANTING PERMISSION TO EXCHANGE
CLUB OF WATERLOO TO HOLD HEALING FIELD 2007
EVENT ON SEPTEMBER 7-9, 2007 .

o s WHEREAS, the Exchange Club of Waterloo has made written
a-pp-lication to the City Council asking that they be authorized and
tSe�mitted to hold Healing Field 2007 event on September 7-9, 2007,
c r WHEREAS, said event will include a flag procession starting
°O ;it9 : 30 a.m. at Bluff and 4th Streets, ending at Veterans Memorial
Fall, and to close 4th Street for the parade and close Cedar

y NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
R�tERLOO, IOWA, that permission is hereby granted to the Exchange
